Hello, thank you for visiting this website.  Over the course of several years, I have been asked variations of the questions above many times.  What I found out is that my answer was always the same:  "It depends what you need."  I also found out that people were getting taken advantage of, simply because they were not technical people.  So, in order to help more people with this common problem, I developed this website.  The most helpful part (and also first part done) is the survey which will help you determine your computer needs.  It will help you whether you follow one of the links I will attempt to provide to help you purchase a computer, or if you just print out your final results page and take it to the store with you.  Over time, I will add more information to this site to answer some other often asked questions about computers.
